Thank you ever so much for the wonderful, informative and moving tour that you gave Esther and me in Berlin.  We both found it exactly the right balance of history and future,....education and emotion,....and tragedy and optimism.

We just returned from Vienna yesterday evening. Your guide was the highlight of Vienna for our family. She was informative, intelligent, interesting, and had an infinite knowledge of history. Gerta has a warm personality and our family loved her! She gave us a good balance of Vienna as well as the Jewish life there. She was empathetic about difficult topics. (Her English is perfect). Dear Noa, Mark and I have just returned from our holiday in Europe. After Riga, we went to London and then France (to follow the Tour de France for a few days.) Our tour of Jewish Riga was definitely a highlight of our holiday. Inese was a wonderful guide. She was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and compassionate as well, considering that it was such an emotional experience for us. The time went by much too fast. ... We are home again and I have access to my own email. I just wanted to let you know what a terrific job Caroline did in showing us around Berlin. She was a delightful guide and all eight of us felt she made our short time in Berlin both interesting and very memorable for us.
