Bratislava River Cruise  Excursions

Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia and a city at the crossroads of culture between the Mediterranean and the Orient. Empress Maria Theresa was crowned here along with 19 other monarchs, giving Bratislava the nickname ‘Coronation Town’. The Jewish population played a major role in history, sometimes making up a third of the entire population. Bratislava was home to the great rabbinic scholar Chatam Sofer (1762 – 1839). Chatam Sofer Memorial, the site of the Neolog Synagogue, Wallenberg memorial and Heydukova Street Synagogue are parts of the tour.

A cruise tour can start in Bratislava or in Vienna, which is located just 40 miles away.
